In the majority of cases where this issue has been reported, the problem was caused by fast-forwarding through the module before answering the knowledge questions.  If you fast-forward through a module the learning management system cannot detect that the module has been completed.


If you have not fast forwarded and the course is showing as incomplete, it will be automatically marked as complete after some time. If still the course is marked as incomplete, then please raise a ticket on Fiery learning helpdesk. Our support team will get in touch with you to resolve the issue.
